Berlin Automotive Shop is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like more than just another ticket number. BUYER BEWARE!!! This shop TRIED to SCAM me on two repairs! They repaired my radiator and my car had been leaking coolant after. Took it back several times, THEN they claimed it was my water pump, (not knowing) I had just put a new water pump in my car at another shop a few months before! Had my cooling system inspected at Pepboys and they said it was my radiator hose! What I look for in a mechanic is honesty! Eddie has been very upfront with me about any issues involving my truck. He’s never tried to sell me a service I didn’t need and explained everything in terms I could understand. And, everyone in his shop is down to earth.
Great place for European vehicles. I took my 2019 c43 amg here for a brake service (front/rear rotors, pads, and sensors) & they did an excellent service. I called all around & these guys had the best prices. I’ve took my car to multiple shops out here & these guys were the most thorough. The mechanic confirmed they would use only OEM parts & showed me all the parts purchased before installation.
