UPDATE: I used Berlin Auto Services again recently. They're still very courteous and honest - they don't try to make you purchase what you don't need. They explained things in detail and made sure I understood. Berlin Auto Services has by far the best Customer Service that I've experienced in any auto shop. Keep up the great work. I made an appointment at Berlin Auto Services on 9/17/25 to service my 2023 Mercedes-Benz C 300 4Matic Sedan. The crew performed a multipoint inspection of the vehicle including brake and tire wear, changed the oil and topped off all fluids.
