The state inspection guys pulled my hand break so hard they overextended the calipers. No issues prior to my inspection and after it the handle wobbles all over and my rear breaks are overheating. Called them to ask them to fix it and they blamed me. Said it's my issue. Won't be coming back
I come to this place twice a year for inspections for my two cars. It’s an informal place to say the least. Pros: they get the job done, and promptly once they start working on it. Cons: there’s never anyone at the front desk, and the intake process is always, always weird. The mechanics rarely come into the front office and the gas guys (one of whom has the most nasty temperament I’ve ever seen in a customer-facing setting) stay outside. Fine for inspections. For repairs and maintenance, I’ll stick to other places.
I wish I could give negative stars. This is not the place to go to if you need to get work done on your vehicle. My 2019 Lincoln got taken here for service on July 17 after noticing my engine light came on. They told me they replaced all 4 spark plugs and engine filter due to a misfire on cylinder 1. On Wednesday, July 23, my engine light came back on. I called and got the car in next day. I was told that the car had coolant leaking and that I could have a cracked head gasket - costing well over $3k but that they weren’t sur... read more
They charge for service and didn’t actually do any work. This place should be shut down and reported
