The call was friendly and response was quick. But I think the towing charge is steep for a 1 mile tow…a $185 labor charge?
Mary, the owner, is an outstanding person who consistently goes above and beyond for her customers. She truly saved my brand-new truck from collapsing into a ditch. I called Mary immediately, and she quickly dispatched her tow truck driver, John, who arrived in approximately ten minutes. Honestly John is a true professional and safely pulled my truck out. They offered a fair price, and I am incredibly grateful for their prompt and professional service. I highly recommend Berlin Auto Center!
John towed my car a while back when my silly husband forgot to close my hood and it flew up and cracked my windshield on the highway. He was so sweet I knew right then I wanted him to do the repairs! I couldn't believe how quick he got my car done! Will always be coming back to Berlin Auto Center!!!
I did a number on my old Civic and didn't have collision insurance. I brought it into Berlin Auto Center, and Corey worked with me to get it back into fantastic shape. He was transparent about what kinds of repairs were needed as well as all costs, ensuring the work remained within my budget. Within two weeks, I was driving it again. I just put 100 miles on it and am very happy to say it's as good as ever. Highly recommended.
