Called & was on hold for 5 minutes someone came on & asked if I could hold, was on hold for another 6 minutes then transferred to an unidentified voicemail & disconnected. Called back was on hold for over 7 minutes, transferred to another voicemail & then disconnected! Terrible way to deal with people!!! Called Atlantic Veterinary Services, immediately talked to someone & had an appointment for my sick dog for later that day!! GO TO ATLANTIC VETERINARY SERVICES!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors
My husband and I have been coming to Berlin animal hospital for 14 years. The staff have always shown love and compassion for us and our animals through the best and worst times. I would not take my babies anywhere else. ❤️ We recently witnessed an extremely busy day and a very unruly couple that were rude and disrespectful to the staff and a full waiting room. Even through that stressful and chaotic situation, the staff carried on, received us with smiles and compassion.
