I have been a client for 30 years. They are the best. The entire staff cares about the well being of animals and it clearly shows through their hard work, knowledge, dedication, commitment and love for their patients. I lost my dog over a year ago and they handled the situation when I could not because I was so heartbroken. They handled the cremation sent me cards and paid for everything. They are the best!! And always will be absolutely the best!!!!
We just love Dr. B! Always open to finding the best way to treat our pets.. I feel that she assesses every situation carefully.. couldn't better about our care!
Berlin Animal Hospital was very responsive to my dog Tucker’s change in health and made an appointment available for his assessment and treatment the very morning I called. Besides the consult answering all my questions by the available Veterinarian, Dr. Christine Bacinski, my dog received convenient in-office xrays and was sent home with two prescription medications. This convenient 1-stop care was very reasonably priced in my opinion and has included a personal call from Dr. ‘B’ to check on Tucker’s progress.
Very, very caring & gentle staff. All 3 of our Shih-Tzus have received very compassionate care.
