I called twice and was put on hold for over 9 minutes. When I finally got someone she said she couldn't help me. Very disappointed.
Best vet’s, vet techs, receptionists and office staff ever!! They go out of their way to care for every patient and I’m so grateful for all they’ve done for my family and pets!

I have been bringing my dogs and cats to Berlin Animal Hospital for years, first with Dr. Eric Palmer, and now with Dr. Cory Palmer. They are knowledgeable, caring and unlike many vets in the coastal area, are not overpriced. Even the people answering the phones and making appointments are great!
Wonderful caring Dr. and staff .I have a difficult cat as far as clipping her nails . No problem for those assistance.Great job! Daisy loves those girls.
