Friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors
My husband and I have been coming to Berlin animal hospital for 14 years. The staff have always shown love and compassion for us and our animals through the best and worst times. I would not take my babies anywhere else. ❤️ We recently witnessed an extremely busy day and a very unruly couple that were rude and disrespectful to the staff and a full waiting room. Even through that stressful and chaotic situation, the staff carried on, received us with smiles and compassion.
I waited an hour and half in a room to see dr. I believe someone should of informed of delay and offer to reschedule appt
