Billing department is terrible. Tried to make payments numerous times but come to find out they do not take electronic payments. They are also very hard to get a hold of. They do not have their phone number on the header of their billing statements and is not listed online under Berlin EMS. I had to make 3 different phone calls to find out that they are under Cvikota services and to get a accurate number.It would be a great idea to modernize your paperwork, websites, and electronic payments to make it easier for everyone.
