Robert Berleth is an excellent attorney, who is wicked smart, honest, and at the top of his game. No one knows his area of the law better than he does. I have recommended him to all my clients and colleagues who need his expertise, and all of them have been completely impressed with his breadth of knowledge.
I strongly encourage you to NOT use Berleth & Associates. They have consistently failed on communication, follow through, quality, and customer service. This is prevalent throughout the organization. I can say this because there have been multiple points of failures that I experienced with multiple employees. I had worked with 2 paralegals and 2 attorneys.
