It's taking them over 1year after getting paid and still no results, only promises. They are are probably a SCAM
I strongly encourage you to NOT use Berleth & Associates. They have consistently failed on communication, follow through, quality, and customer service. This is prevalent throughout the organization. I can say this because there have been multiple points of failures that I experienced with multiple employees. I had worked with 2 paralegals and 2 attorneys.
