Last Sunday night in the pouring rain, Berl was able to help us after our motorhome broke down on Lankford highway and 420 mile drive ahead of us. Highly recommend him, his company and his friends. Thank you from the Thomas family from CT
We have a DSDP 2002 3852 FL Coming home to CT from Rodanthe NC we had no power to accelerate after stopping hard at a red light. It was Sunday an nothing was open except Berl Truck repairs. He was there is 20 minutes to help in the pouring rain. He first primed the fuel filter my husband just replaced and we got started but still no power. We all decided to get to the repair shop. 4 hours later and and we were on the road Thank you Berl.
Very good service. They do stay busy so the only draw back is some times you have to wait when they are overloaded with service calls.
It’s SUNDAY. Nothing is open at the weekend for Class 8 semis - shops or parts stores. Just a great guy. I was chasing a brake/marker light problem, had him go on a wild goose chase for a part that he couldn’t source (this is Sunday) - meanwhile I found the switch wasn’t the problem. He came back to help fix the issue after I stumbled on the problem by accident - and only wanted a meager amount for his time. He used to truck, so he knows how it is.
