Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating you can give, otherwise I would have left a zero star. I reached out twice to make an appointment for a site visit to provide me with a price to have my current smoke detection system updated. After waiting two days with no callback I reached out a second time. The young man who took my call was very professional and quite thorough.
