I reached out twice to make an appointment for a site visit to provide me with a price to have my current smoke detection system updated. After waiting two days with no callback I reached out a second time. The young man who took my call was very professional and quite thorough. I worked for this company for over 8 years. Due to a family member having to enter a nursing home, my family and I were left no choice but to move away from the area. I miss my time at Berkshire everyday. It was exciting work and a great, fair, company to work for. I did not realize how fortunate I was, till I had to leave and work for someone else.
