We were shown the building by the manager and were told we would have no problem qualifying to rent. The manager never called us, we always had to call him and each time he would say; "I was just going to call you." The manager each time would tell us that only needed 1 more thing. We were then shown the apartment that would be ours and we told him we would take it, he said he would call when the lease was ready to sign.
