Living in one of the Texas communities. management is unhelpful. Concerns aren’t taken seriously. When escalated to higher office, it’s just kicked back down to local management where the problem originated. For the amount of money we pay, disappointing experience.
I’ve been waiting for months to receive my deposit, and despite multiple attempts to get in touch with corporate, I’ve received no response whatsoever. Communication from on-site management has been minimal and misleading at best—they’ve repeatedly claimed the check was mailed, yet I’ve never received anything. I moved out of a Berkshire property over a year ago and now as I am trying to rent a home I found out they are claiming I owe over 1,600. I owe them nothing. Every monthly payment was given on time and move out fees were paid as well. This is outrageous. No answer from anyone at the apt complex except that I have to speak with corporate, but corporate seems to not exist as I have yet to receive a call back. They have ruined my rental history so I will be making this a legal matter.
They refuse to grant requests for reasonable accommodation, even with provided medical verification. They are a predatory, discriminatory organization.
