Appt at 1pm arrived at 12:40pm it’s 7:22pm still no dock door I was told they are running behind but are currently working on 4pm appointments??makes no sense
12 hours unloading time my appointment 3 pm I am arrivind 3:40 pm don’t v late stuck all day
Avoid this warehouse if possible. Appointment times mean nothing here. I arrived at 10:00 AM, appointment at 11:00 AM, and at 1:30 PM I’m still sitting with no door. They keep adding more hours of waiting with no explanation. Extremely unorganized and disrespectful to drivers.
Parking is a challenge here and wait times can sometimes be kinda long. This trip, I came closer to my appointment time and only had to wait about 10 minutes to get a door. I was loaded in less than 2 hours total time. Be aware that there may be a pallet e change fee. Just ne patient with people parked and waiting for a door and others trying to dock or leave.
