Despite being just another run of the mill cold storage, it's not a bad place to deliver. I had a 2pm delivery, checked in at 10 to 9 and got in a door by 11:30, and done by quarter after noon. While waiting to deliver there is much to keep you entertained. Plenty of folks not understand that it's on a dead end and yard dogs doing ride alongs.
Very disappointing experience at this shipper. My appointment/loading process turned into a nightmare. I arrived at 3:00 PM and wasn’t loaded until 12:00 AM—9 hours of waiting with little to no communication about the delay. Drivers’ time is valuable, and keeping someone sitting for nearly an entire shift is unacceptable. Poor scheduling, lack of urgency, and no consideration for drivers. Unless you have plenty of extra time to waste, be prepared for long delays here.

I can see from the reviews that it’s a nasty place , people at the front desk need to be trained on how to deal with humans and have some sort of customer service, I don’t blame them I blame the drivers who agree with such kind of treatment. Drivers u r humans not slaves man up and stand up for ur dignity and humanity, don’t give warehouses like this one to take advantage of you.
Mein this place need to check employees especially front desk girl attitude stinks. Just unhappy with life I guess. Will pray for them 🙏🏾
