Extremely unprofessional and rude. Would strongly advise going elsewhere for MRI
A week ago, I contacted these people to schedule an MRI. The first woman I spoke to was rude, rushed and no help. She transferred me to their billing line to schedule. I thought it was a mistake, hung up and called back. My mistake. The second woman was even ruder, in a hurry, talked very fast and wouldn't take any of my information, telling me 3x that I needed to fax everything including "demographics" to the office. IN GENERAL RUDE STAFF ….ALMOST LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOBS AND IT SHOWS
