I've called several oil companies recently, during those really cold days. All of them had a wait time of several days. We chose Berkshire because of the price and service. I can't imagine how the oil truck drivers came out in the freezing bitter cold weather just so all of us could be warm! We should all be grateful.
I didn’t realize SO many people have dealt with the “no shows” of oil delivery with this company, until I have read the previous reviews! This tells me that I am not overreacting and it’s a common theme with them…and the second time I have dealt with the horrible response times and no shows. The first time they pulled a no-show I ended up running out of oil because of them! I have been a resident of bristol now for 7 to 8 years the first oil company i ended up calling was Berkshire from day 1 Teresa and Brenda have been first class in support delivery and class they are a small family owned business and a very exceptional as far as I'm concerned A# 1 so don't believe the crappie reviews always willing to work with you so no one and I mean no one has any right to write a bad review against this company
