Today I had a visit with Dr. Grant and she is personally amazing. I would recommend her (and the Lenox office in general for its small, quiet, personal setting) to anyone. But…as my experience today was…to explain it in any other words besides embarrassing would be lying. It was completely embarrassing for MORE than one reason.. While the doctor was sufficient for what I needed, the office staff turned my annual exam into a billing nightmare. They are difficult to make contact with, out of the loop with the pathologists they send your labs to, and the onsite office staff are unhelpful. Patients shouldn't have to spend two months tracking down accurate billing information.
