I am a recovery coach based out of New York City, recently one of my coaching clients had a relapse and I needed to act fast getting him into a detox , through my connections I was introduced to Erin Swett , who is clinical outreach at Berkshire Mountain Health, she made the intake process for my client seamless , My client has also told me that Berkshire Mountain was quite professional and took care of all his needs
Staff is helpful and pleasant. Smoking permitted on back patio. But as far as food & accommodations. There are definitely better options out there. Recovery is a personal journey. I know people who have stayed clean after some inpatient time at BMH. But fancy or luxurious it is not. It’s actually an old schoolhouse u believe converted into a rehab. Top floor is detox. Thank you all so much. I just finished my 2nd 30 day program at this facility. After my first stay I unfortunately relapsed. I called them back and the welcomed me with open arms. This place is unlike any Ive ever been too. Unfortunately I am a chronic relapser. I finished program and I'm heading home today and I've never felt this strong and prepared as I am now. From the. This has been one of the best places I ever been to. It was my very first time at a rehab skid I made a family that I will never forget. They made me feel right at home. I love our hikes, going toʻ the gym and level 3 outings. They really go out of their way for us. We even have recovery theater, boche ball, corn hole and many activities to keep us busy.
