Terrible and unreliable service. Booked a 7:15am pickup to get to the bus station in Pittsfield to go to Boston for a flight. Driver never shows up. At 7:20, I call and am told I never confirmed the ride. Huh??? Was never told I needed to confirm! Was then told Berkshire Livery had tried to call me to confirm, which is patently not true (as cellphones report every incoming call). I ended up calling RJ's Taxi in North Adams who saved the day. But wow, terrible service from Berkshire Livery. Shame on them!
