Elizabeth Nañez Is not someone I would say should represent your family in any family law case. She isn’t impressive in litigation at all and lost a very large case for a family member that ended up costing a fortune in legal fees. She lacks professionalism and integrity and I’d say you should probably look at an entirely different law firm all together. The money my family never lost could have been paid directly to his kids
I hired Keith Berkshire to handle a special action in a family law case. He estimated the cost at around $15,000 but the experience was extremely disappointing. Keith never interviewed me before filing and submitted documents with several factual errors — including listing the wrong client name multiple times.
