Stopped here during my thru-hike. Clean rooms and friendly folks. Can’t ask for much more.
The room was perfect or even better for the price. Microwave, small tv but, that doesnt bother me. And a nice size mini fridge. Avoid room two. It's the room the groups attack. It's set up. I assume from the faucets. They always put me in them, so I know for sure. (And for other reasons, tho the staff can and can't be to blame as its not to their chosing and these ppl are everywhere. They were ready for me when i got here. Made sure i could barely walk on the way to make sure.) Theirs only one place to order from, but the fo... read more

Lovely sweet motel right near Jacob's Pillow! QUIET, clean, beautiful views, and a complimentary breakfast. During my trips to the Pillow, I have stayed at other motels/hotels, and this is by far the best one.
I stayed here during my A.T. thru hike. Clean, comfortable, quiet and yummy muffins--all at a reasonable price. Friendly service too. This was a slice of hiker heaven.
