I've just bought a Jag Sportbrake from Jason. The mark of a good company is not what happens when things go well, but how they respond to problems. I had a problem with the towbar electrics a week after taking delivery. Jason was apologetic and immediately took action to get the issue resolved. All now good and I'm very happy with the company. I also sold a car through Jason who kept me informed all through the process and sold the car at a good price within a few weeks. Definitely 5 star service.
Didn't actually buy a jeep here, but they were very accommodating with me and my search for a Wj at short notice.
What makes a car trader stand out from the rest is how they manage when things go wrong as well as right. I was buying from distance (NI) and collection proved problematic and then I became unwell and had to abort the purchase and Jason managed the whole process from start to finish very professionally and reassuringly over a three week period. He refunded my deposit without question and if it’s possible I will certainly consider using them again.
