Had an urgent situation with our furnace fortunately we were able to hobble along but concerned a long cold night would be a problem John D came over and stabilized the situation just in time he spent plenty of time explaining in detail what was going on and the best approach going forward to prevent reoccurrence I always appreciate working with a professional and that’s exactly what happened John rocks we will be using Berkshire for all our HVAC needs in the future
Over priced they try to rip off people
So less than 5 stars as we had some communication issues the first week we had no heat but the second week was much better and I will say the person who actually came to our home and worked on our furnace several times Sean Fournier was a total rockstar, dedicated, great at explaining things to us and all around great guy! Had a technician go out because the heat would occasionally not go on. I was told the entire system was unsafe and needed replacement. I was told by the tenant that was present during the visit that the tech never came into the apartment and therefore never checked the thermostat. That's the first thing anyone should do in this instance. The problem continued and I went over and changed the thermostat myself for $30 and it solved the entire problem.
