Unprofessional and negligent plumbers. I had a boiler failure on a Friday in the middle of a cold wave with outside temperatures of -7C and arranged through my lettings management company for Berkshire Heat to come to the property to fix the boiler asap as we had no heating or hot water at the property where I live with my 2 year old son and pregnant wife. They called me on Saturday to arrange a visit to fix the boiler saying that they would be coming between 4-5pm on Saturday or first thing Sunday morning. They never came o... read more
