I have not got to rent through this company just yet but in the mix of searching for an apartment i was able to check out one of their properties.. it was the first property i have checked out in terre haute that was actually clean and ready to live in.. every other company i have checked out did not do their due diligence like this company has 10/10 for that.. the ladies that work here are also very nice and welcoming.. i would 100% rent from them. Brent was very efficient and professional and completed the maintenace quickly and effectively.
