Eric Stephens did a great job responding in a timely manner to get my Laundry area up and working when he realized I had laundry in the washer. He was friendly and understanding. He also made sure all of the Laundry rooms in the Apartment area was working as well.
I don’t even know where to start so I will try to keep this short and sweet. Absolute slumlords! Unless it is putting money in their pocket they could care less about the people who work hard to afford their rent. I’ve had a lot of issues with maintenance mainly because they’re not qualified so don’t always know what they’re doing. It can take weeks to months (depending on the issue) for things to be done.
