Was a prospective buyer and contacted Jamie Santore via Zillow and text. When asking questions she just blatantly disregards them and just tries to set up a conversation. She can take the time to send you emojis but cannot to answer you. Extremely unprofessional

Moved to Pennsylvania in March 2023 and was not able to come down to do the inspection because I lived in Maryland at the time and left this huge responsibility up to my realtor from Berkshire and I've been regretting it ever since. Awful and steals money from people and lies and says they did not pay when they did and refuses to do their job they need shut down
