Approximately one month ago, I reached out to Joan Traggiai to request additional photos and a copy of the seller disclosure for a property I was interested in. Despite several follow-up calls, she made promises to provide the requested information but failed to deliver. Furthermore, I attempted to contact Gary Straub, the Broker in charge, on two occasions, only to be informed that he was "too busy of in a meeting" to speak with me. I went to high school with Pina and when my husband and I decided it’s time to move back to the Butler Area to be closer to the grandbabies, we looked Pina and Lorraine up. They are the most amazing people! They are very knowledgeable in all things real estate. We picked a property that was once a commercial property and Pina went above and beyond to try to see our vision and helped make our dream come true! We are truly blessed to have had this amazing team in our corner! We would recommend them over and over again!
They should change the name to NOT-PREFFERED! Communication is horrible unless your making them money. Your only seen as a $ sign and not an individual.
