Kathy Hendricks listed the home that we purchased. We are extremely disappointed in her lack of business ethics and integrity. There were several issues with the property that needed attention, that she neglected to disclose. In addition our contracted closing date was May 16, 2022 and we didn't close until June 9th, which was a huge inconvenience.
