Do not use this lady! Valerie just tried to sabotage our deal because I brought my own realtor to help make the deal. I tried to work with Valerie before on other deals and she was a flake. Backed out of it because of her unethical behavior. On this deal she would not give the seller our offers and they ended up paying over $12,000 of rent costs alone because she wouldn't give them the offer.
