I been living in this apartment i rented out from them since 2019 (Westwood Apartments) I was overcharged when I moved out from things that they should be responsible for repairing. Foster Hayes made the decision to charge me over 3000 dollars for old carpet that gave me health issues that I had to be put on medication for electrical outlets not safe mold that coming back. Cathy was on top of things the moment we decided to work with each other. She worked quickly and efficiently to find me homes to tour and eventually find the home that my fiancé and I were looking for. She also had technical knowledge of what to look for in a home which was very much appreciated because it helped us see and better point out potential issues with some of the homes that we viewed before finding the one home we wanted.
