We have been leasing from this company for 4 1/2 years, going back to when they were Magnolia Reality. Berkshire Hathaway acquired it 3 years ago, and it has been a great experience. Always immediate in response to maintenance request, professional, and courteous when dealing with us as tenants, and not invasive to our privacy. Of course we are good tenants who always pay our rent on time, and comply with lease terms, so I'm sure those go hand in hand as well.
