Currently working on closing a home w Penny. RE Transactions are never easy however having a reliable subject matter expert on standby, ready and able to help mitigate the complex as well as minor nuances has been our experience. Additionally the moral compass that guides Penny is priceless. We are thankful for her working w us through the process.
Terrible experience working with this team and recommend you stay away from this firm! Their agent, Gerald Denicola, gave us no idea of when last and final bid was due so we weren't even able to bid on a house we really liked. I would avoid working with this team at all costs. Oh and just to show how bad this team actually is, Jerry Denicola wrote a review for them - the guy works there! Pathetic!
I have had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Jane Konzelmann, and work with several agents from the BHHSNJ Montclair office on numerous occasions both as a Seller and as a Buyer. My son has also worked as a Seller and Buyer with the same office. I have found working with this office to be a very positive experience and would highly recommend the office and any of the knowledgeable sales associates for your real estate needs.
