Hands down the most nightmarish home selling experience of my life. The lip service and deception for TEN MONTHS now, while my fully updated and newly renovated home continues to sit on the market day after day, week after week, month after month, season after season. Unless your home is $500k+, BHHS Carolinas doesn’t care about you.
All of the agents here are awesome! They know the market, the area and are ready to support those looking to buy or sell in the greater Charlotte area. Partnering with a strong brand, knowledgeable agents and supportive team is crucial to success in this market. The managing broker, William, is the best at leading the team and making sure they have resources for every scenario. If you need help I’d recommend calling them!
If BHHS is the seller of the property you are interested in be sure to be very thorough during due diligence as well as your final walkthrough, especially if Jennifer Weiser is the seller’s agent. I would not use the term dishonest but I do feel that important details of my particular deal were intentionally omitted in order to get the deal closed. Communication throughout the process felt shotty at best.
