Tom Tomaiko is the worst. He does not listen to your wants or needs. He was condescending, rude, and would argue with what we (I) thought was important. He listened to my husband, but would not consider what I wanted as important. He was pushing us to make a bid on a house that we weren't in love with, and was mad at us for wanting to see other houses, as we were wasting his time. Do yourself a favor and work with somebody else.
