Not impressed with their rental management. SLOW to repair. Rental charges are exorbitant and not transparent. Pet charges are horrible. Daylight robbery.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Bailey and Courtney specifically assured me and my husband prior to touring a house that we would each get our $50 application fee back if we were not approved for the house, which I have evidence of. They also told us that we were qualified to get the house we toured with just my husband’s income alone, which I also have evidence of.
