I would not recommend Kristen. After purchasing our home we found out that the previous owner had lied on the disclosure about fixing the septic that was in fact, not fixed. Kristen had been communicating with the previous owners on resolving this issue since what they did was against the law, so they agreed to pay to fix the septic tank. They paid half and did not pay the rest. Now the septic company has put a lien on our property. Not impressed with their rental management. SLOW to repair. Rental charges are exorbitant and not transparent. Pet charges are horrible. Daylight robbery.
