Amanda has been amazing throughout the process, including a few stressful twists and turns common to real estate dealings. Always on top of everything and quick to handle all aspects of the marketing, negotiating, and closing out the sale. We will have her help for our upcoming new build, too and we’re so happy she’s guiding us through that process!
Matt was professional and clear. He put together an offer and assisted in many details with a closing almost within a month of putting the property up for sale. He was very patient with 3 sibling owners and work with all of us. The property that was sold belonged to the parents and several of the siblings lived there as children, over 50 years ago. The buyers were a young, sweet couple that were excited to have bought the home. An excellent job.
