I moved from there a few weeks ago because of what the manager Joann and the owners subjected some of the residents to. There was a broken water pipe which flooded the community room, the hallway and about 12 units. The problem started when management subjected us to not only water in the units but also noise levels from the many large drying fans that were well beyond the safety of 85 decibels and also dust from the drywall repairs. I recently met with Joann the property manager for a tour and to inquire about the apartments. She was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions. The building was well kept and very clean. I am on the list and hope one day to be a resident there.
