I’m a resident of this property. I have been here for over three years now and was so excited when I learned I got to move back to my hometown of Greendale! From day, one, the manager in the office, Joanne, has been kind, courteous and so helpful no matter what I have needed. I cannot imagine the pressure she is under daily dealing with so many older adults with varying degrees of illness and mental capacity. I just wanted to recognize her as I don’t believe she gets enough praise! She deserves a raise!
John and I have been living here for 10 months and love the place, the beautiful windows and how quiet it is. But bullying and disrespect should not be tolerated at any level with Joanne, the Leasing Manager.
Horrible disgusting management. My aunt has paid her rent early for the longest and is unfortunately stuck in the hospital no longer able to make decisions. This is a hard and grueling process for our family as everything is in limbo while the legal process of guardianship etc. is taking place. The manager Joanne has been harassing our family for rent even after being aware of the situation. No one can do anything until this is resolved for my aunt.
