Lived in a Pulte home for a year. It wasn't good. The floor boards were uneven and incorrectly placed not lined up at all. The door knobs all were loose and falling off after only a year. The wall quality was poor drywall. The roof was probably the cheapest I've ever seen used for a new build, and the house was built without gutters...
