Had to call like 6 times in the span of 5 weeks to open an account with them and was constantly told they'll get back to me and they never did. Last time I called some rude guy gets on the phone and says "WE DONT DO BUSINESS" I was being respectful the whole time and simply wanted to reach someone to speak to since I thought they were close by and it was convenient. 0/10 and I'm not surprised by the other reviews on there. Just horrible service overall. Glad I didn't sign up with them. What a waste of time and effort
I get robbed for like $20 a month from these machines. There’s about a 20 of them at Sikorsky. It’s unbelievable.
I was at the CT Post Mall in Milford. I paid for a soda from a vending machine from Berkshire located on the 1st level. I received nothing. I called the number on the machine to lodge my complaint, on deaf ears. I never received a response. This isn’t the only time this has happened to me. I only gave this company one star because I couldn’t leave zero. Avoid any vending machines provided by this no caring company.
Berkshire provides a consistent experience. Sadly it's consistently bad. Their machines always claim to be out of items even with a fully stocked shelf. It's as though the tech isn't updating stock levels when restocking. Between that and the constant payment processing issues I skip their machines entirely. It's just more reliable to stop somewhere else for what I need.
Used my card to purchase a soda from one of their vending machines in Norwalk Hospital. Two days later with no intervening charges a fraudulent charge on a Canadian airline for over $1100 appeared on my card. Obvious to me that my card was scammed in the machine; not so obvious whether it is due to the company failure to monitor their vending machines and someone was able to place a card reader in it or due to fraud on the part of the company.
