Horrible company. They installed a mini mart in my workplace in New Britain, HFSC. They have been accusing people of stealing when in fact they have paid for their items. They have one lady who monitors the videos, and I believe she is lying and reporting people for stealing for unknown reasons. I was a victim. I was accused of stealing an item, even though I had paid and provided receipts to clear my name. They do not do their due diligence to ensure it's not their system that is at fault. Had to call like 6 times in the span of 5 weeks to open an account with them and was constantly told they'll get back to me and they never did. Last time I called some rude guy gets on the phone and says "WE DONT DO BUSINESS" I was being respectful the whole time and simply wanted to reach someone to speak to since I thought they were close by and it was convenient. 0/10 and I'm not surprised by the other reviews on there. Just horrible service overall. Glad I didn't sign up with them. What a waste of time and effort

I get robbed for like $20 a month from these machines. There’s about a 20 of them at Sikorsky. It’s unbelievable.

I was at the CT Post Mall in Milford. I paid for a soda from a vending machine from Berkshire located on the 1st level. I received nothing. I called the number on the machine to lodge my complaint, on deaf ears. I never received a response. This isn’t the only time this has happened to me. I only gave this company one star because I couldn’t leave zero. Avoid any vending machines provided by this no caring company.
