Visited Longmeadow office for first time today and what a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and professionally. The technician who took us to exam room was warm and friendly and Dr Paolella was amazing, he makes you feel like your sitting in your living room. He is friendly, professional and explains everything clearly and eagerly awaits any questions you have. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you all for a very positive experience.
Had a emergency on wed. with no appointment another dentist could not complete to pull a tooth dr. paolella took me in right away the staff was very friendly and the nurses were very professional and the doctor was very good and very concerned how I was doing I would recommend dr paodella to anyone who needed this work done thank you g a belanger
Doctor paolella was amazing and so nice the Westfield office is the only one I would go to though because the Administration in the Longmeadow office was horrible and so rude that I considered going to another place but I just went to the Westfield office which made up for it
Not impressed. Had to wait about half hour past my appointment time.
I went to see Dr. Szal and he performed Sarpe Surgery - 12-27-11 I highly recommend him if you need surgery. He is so thorough and patient . He is wonderful.
