Every single member of the staff, from the folks scheduling, to the staff at the front desk, to the people assisting in my care - each and every one of them is amazing. They are caring and empathetic and funny. Dr. Bontempi is incredible, skilled, smart, and gracious (he fit me in on a very busy day for an extraction of a very painful tooth). Please. First let me explain myself. I've feared nothing but a dentist chair ..my entire life..That has changed! The experience I had was unbelievable care.. Real people..Real care.! Dr.Zeng and of course Inna plus entire staff made me feel welcomed..and cared for..That's a miracle for a dentist office. This is what dentistry should be !! But ..it's the people!! I can honestly share with you that I was personally not looking forward to this procedure of removing my wisdom teeth, especially all four with the bottom teeth not exposed.
