Reception would always contact my parent for my appointment reminders, instead of contacting me. I asked them to use my phone number in the system multiple times. I am an adult, and am making my own appointments. I had them delete my parents number from MY contact in their system multiple times. Still, I had my mother letting me know that they had contacted her about MY appointments. Got a new eye doctor instead. I hated this place. Hippa Violators here

Well organized office. Polite staff.
I have been going to Berkshire eye center for almost 20 years. Even though I live elsewhere now, I always return. Dr. Neal Ginsberg is my go to when it comes to my eyes. I’m planning a trip this fall just to see my favorite doctor and have a thorough examination.
