I went in for an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM, arriving 15 minutes early as I like to have time to fill out whatever forms I am given. I ended up having an excess of about *an hour and a half* to sit in the waiting room as I was finally called at 4:00 PM. I understand occasional lateness but that is excessive to the nth degree.
