My wife and I were visiting Great Barrington from Illinois. Her glasses were badly damaged and we needed to find someone to repair them even if it was temporary until we returned home. The first optometrist office we visited was not helpful at all. They said they could do nothing to help. We then went to Berkshire Eye Center. They were able to fix her frames back to the original design. We tried to pay for the excellent repair but were charged nothing. Have been going here for years with a couple of forays to other providers. I WONT stray again. Berkshire Eye Center - Great Barrington - location went above and beyond to help me. I’d like to specifically mention Karen who was just so accommodating and a joy to work with. Thank you all at Berkshire Eye.
