I've been driving and looking in this community for over a month. We finally went to take a look in the Berkshire Estates community last week June 19, 25. I had the privilege of meeting Tray who showed my husband and I two properties. He was very nice, informative and active with both properties we viewed. Kindred really makes a great quality home. Beautiful model home!! Also, Mike was very kind and answers all the questions that I needed to know.
Mike was extremely patient and thorough. The neighborhood is wonderful; quiet and spacious. Pricing is very competitive for what Kindred offers. I really like the location as well. The only downside is that you have to drive a bit for grocery store, but I’m sure there will be one coming closer very soon.
