Store was very clean. Easy to find what I was looking for. Workers in the self serve checkout were not helpful at all. They also were not friendly. I needed help and they just stood there looking at me. Another person checking out helped me. The person working in the self serve area was very dirty looking. Dirty cloths. Long greasy hair. I thought you were supposed to tie it back. He was not presentable at all.
I GO HERE TO SHOP FOR GROCERIES.. I LIKE THE FACT IT'S A VERY CLEAN PLACE AND THEY HAVE A ALCOHOL SECTION AND A STARBUCKS RIGHT IN THERE AS WELL,!
The roads and parking lot within Berkshire Crossing are desperately need of investment. They have used the all-to-popular "Oreo dust" to fill the holes however it's not done a lot to improve the overall driving experience. If you value your alignment and overall condition of your car, I'd say keep your head on a swivel as you navigate this gauntlet.
Just drove by to see how dead this old mall really is now.
