Take my son there for all dentist needs. Firstly the staff are all very warm and friendly. Always on time so no waiting. Which is great. Rooms and waiting area very clean. My son has had teeth extraction and fillings at this practice and both times we where so happy how they managed to keep our son calm and do a great efficient job.. Only one annoying thing is sometimes not a receptionist. But every time I've left a message some one has called me back with in hours. I give it 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ because the very nice lady at the reception calmly explained the whole process to me. She calmly gave me a form to fill out, I have leukemia. In a few minutes I got full help in filling out the form, then I met with the wonderful doctor Devon, he is a wonderful dentist, she explained everything to me and we start the process. Dr. Devon thanks you for your help.
Very rude lady by the name of Alison, called me 'not bright' for something I could not help and put the phone down and blamed me for it, told me she's very busy and if the phone goes dead she will refuse to help me. Shocking service!!! Also told me I am wasting her time by asking her name!
