This place left alot to be desired. The accommodations are very aged, not well cared for. My brother had to fix the TV. It was ungodly hot and humid. Meals were whatever they felt like and none of it looked even remotely good. The staff did not communicate with each other. Care protocols were not followed. The therapy system was poor. The care was poor. The workers did not seem happy at all.
Many of the staff were rude. They allowed an infection to be improperly treated. Even saying , “it’s the worst thing I’ve ever seen” They refused to clean vomit off my dads wheel chair, and gave me a hard time when I asked for supplies to do it. They left vomit sit on the porch for days. They lost his laundry and his kindle. They asked him why he didn’t lick his kindle up, in front of others, as if he were a child.
