I felt compelled to leave this review. I attended a wedding catered by this company a couple months ago and finally found out who catered it. The bride and groom chose the wood fired pizzas. The pizzas looked amazing, however the bottoms of every pizza were completely raw. One bite and your tongue was coated in flour. Disgusting! I thought the first one I had was a bad batch, so I tried several different pizzas from different batches throughout the dinner service. They were all the same. Raw dough.
