Disrespectful company (or at least employees). Blocking crosswalk, not apologizing and being rude. Great image of the company!

They plow my business, never plowed an area so I went and told the driver that this area is also part of it and it is not salted either he said he would get it, I came back the next day and it wasn't done and no salting, a co-worker fell as well and when they where called about that area a 2nd time still nothing.
