Nick was so helpful. A part on my e-bike wasn’t working & he let us know it was under warranty & replaced it free of charge!
I was visiting MA and had to find a bike shop to handle a repair for one bike and long delayed maintenance on a grandson’s bike. I was fortunate to discover Berkshire Bike. The shop specialist “Dave (?) handled all the issues very quickly and efficiently. He literally turned a worn and tired grandson’s bike into a new machine. You won’t go wrong here!
Great bike shop. I've had my bikes serviced here quite a few times and have always been pleasantly surprised to get them back in much better condition than I was expecting. Steve in particular has taken great care of my bikes. Riding them after he has worked on them it is clear he is very good at what he does. His service and care are greatly appreciated.

Best of the best ! So down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable being uncomfortable there in the best way ! Now I’m ready to buy my own bike and I don’t even like to exercise :)
