Professional staff, courteous and kind.
I experienced a hard drive crash and called Berkshire Bank and asked for paper statements from when I opened the account in july 2020. The website will only allow me to go back to 2022 to print they’re asking for $25 an hour plus a $10 fee per statement! I’m closing this account. This is ridiculous.
Employees are very friendly and work efficiently.
