Excellent customer service, we have them for our business and our personal banking and we could not be happier. Always ready to help and offer a friendly smile when we go into the branch.
I am surprised by some of the reviews. As a small business owner I shopped around and have tried different banks. Berkshire continues to deliver at a high level with excellent customer service.
Thought they were good for a bit, but they actually are terrible. Their policies are intolerable and their remote customer service phone representatives are condescending and rude. Avoid
