Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Charged me over $600 in late fees for my Moms car payments after she died. I couldn’t make payments until I was executor to her estate and the only person that cared was a bank manager Kim who was so sweet & caring but couldn’t help with the collections part. Would have cost me more to fight it legally than pay the $600. As if losing my Mom suddenly during the COVID pandemic wasn’t enough, there was zero sympathy for a daughter that lost her Mom or a nurse working on the front line... read more
Dishonest, we opened a kids passbook account that got vaporized when they implemented a minimum account fee.

Very Disappointed... So when your ATM is down and I have to go to a different Banking ATM.. That Bank charges me $3.50 for using there Atm and not being there customer (Which I understand)..But then you also charge me $3.50 for using there bank... THAT MAKES NO SENSE>> Good way to lose customers.

Nothing quite like sitting at your drive through window being completely ignored when I'm trying to make a car payment. Why have it open if nobody is working it?!
