Friendly staff I always enjoy going in when I have too
Worst bank I've ever used. When you use an ATM at another bank, not only do you get charged a fee from that bank, BB charges you an additional $3 fee. They deactivated my card after they contacted me about a suspicious charge, and didn't tell me about it. I tried it at a few stores, before I called them to figure out why it was being denied. I then tried to get a new card, (don't know why they didn't automatically send me one when they cancelled the old one) but the customer service woman denied my request after I couldn't p... read more
